From my teens, and did it because it felt right.

After 35 books published, I still don’t call myself a writer.

Wow. This guy is short and to the point with his answers. Is that just the way he is or was he just in a hurry to finish the interview. I hope it was the former and not the latter. Anyway, good job on the interview, Fiona, and keep up the good work.
